Embroidery

Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread. Embroidery is most often used on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim and golf shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn color.

Machine embroidery, which arose in the early stages of the Industrial Revolution, has advanced to the point where virtually any design or logo can be duplicated in mass quantities at a very reasonable price. Modern embroidery utilizes machines with multiple sewing heads that all run in unison at a rate of over 80 stitches per minute.

Embroidery adds style and value to just about any apparel product. Embroidery has a richer look and feel than screen printing, (normally…) and properly done embroidery will last as long, or longer than the garment it is on.

Production:
Carpe Diem has 36 embroidery heads that can embroider from one to fifteen colors. Our minimum order is one piece., and we have no maximum! Production time depends on garment quantity and stitch count, but our “average” turnaround time is between 5 and 10 days.

In addition, we can also set up or “digitize” you logo for embroidery. The cost of set up is based on the stitch count of the design, but the average logo set up cost is around $35. This is a onetime charge, and once your logo is “digitized” it can be used to embroider just about any apparel item.

Pricing:
Pricing depends on what garment you choose, the stitch count of your design and the quantity. For those reasons it is difficult to publish pricing. But if you give us a call and tell us what you have in mind, we can give you a firm quote. We just need to know some details.

So whether you are a new customer looking for one polo shirt or one of our existing customers in need of 1000 golf hats with your logo on, Carpe Diem can deliver!
